Refund FAQ's
5th International Conference on Business Management & Research Studies.
Participants wishing to cancel their registration and request a refund must submit their request via email to info@clsconf.com no later than March 15, 2025.
Cancellation Notice & Conference Fee Refund:
- Over 155 days before the event: 10% refund
- 155-110 days before the event: 25% refund
- 110-40 days before the event: 50% refund
- 40 days or less before the event: No refund
Please note that refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes and service charges.
- Refunds will be processed for the total registration fee paid, minus any non-refundable administrative fees outlined during the registration process.
- Refund eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions associated with your registration type and the cancellation date.
- No refunds will be issued for discounted fees.
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request has been received. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during registration or via bank transfer.
In the event that the Business Conference 2025 is canceled by the organizers, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.
For cancellations related to hotel accommodation (rooms at the Hilton Hotel), the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Over 95 days before the event: 10% fee
- 94-66 days before the event: 25% fee
- 65-35 days before the event: 40% fee
- 24-10 days before the event: 60% fee
- 9 days or less before the event: No refund
